Monday, Monday … busy day! Marijan, Rodja, Dad and I headed to the hospital at 9:00 a.m. and met the doctor who is the director of the emergency room. She was already excited, before we had even opened the box containing the monitor that Zoll Medical graciously provided for us to donate. When we opened the box and pulled out the monitor, she broke out in the biggest smile, hugged me, and could hardly contain her excitement! She kept trying to tell me how big and old and heavy the monitor they have been using is. With every new feature, she got excited all over again. This monitor is an enormous gift for the hospital, and will allow them to offer better care to the 50,000 patients they care for in Prokuplje and the surrounding areas.
