We left on Monday evening, ReNata from Washington DC and Jim and LaJuana from Little Rock. In Little Rock, we got to visit with our friend, Patrice (picture coming) for a nice long visit. Patrice’s church knitted hats for Serbia last fall, and they are already working on hats again! Go TEAM! If you’re interested in joining us, our goal is 1,000 hats in 2014. Let me know!
We all met up in Munich, then flew to Belgrade, meeting Rodja at the airport. After some creative stacking, we got all the luggage in the car, and headed for our hotel. Unfortunately, our friends Dane and Melita were unable to meet with us, so we had a quiet dinner, discussing Linking Partners over pizza.
Tomorrow we’ll be out bright and early, visiting with Dragan and Danijela, who are planting home churches in the Belgrade area. We look forward to a wonderful day with them, and meeting the leaders in the home churches with which they work.
